Product Returns & Warranty
All our products are checked before being posted. We offer a 30 Day Warranty on products that have a manufacturing fault from the date that you receive your products.
If you think that you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Where the product is faulty we are happy to exchange it for the same item once it has been inspected by SystemJO Australia staff. Proof of purchase must be produced. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item, however shipping costs of sending the faulty item is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
We must be notified within 30days of the arrival of your product to be eligible for any warranty issues.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Contact information (phone number and/or email address)
Please retain a tracking number along with the return to ensure the delivery can be traced.
Once we have confirmed the item is faulty, we will replace it within 5 business days from the date it is received by SystemJO Australia staff.
