What are the delivery costs and options?
Your order will be delivered in plain packaging by Australia Post.
You can select regular delivery for $9.95, or express delivery for $14.95 at the checkout.
All orders are dispatched the same day where the order is finalised before 3pm ACST, except for orders made after this time, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, which are then dispatched the following business day. These dispatch guidelines are subject to the availability of the product, where if dispatch is delayed by more than one business day, the customer will be contacted.
Sometimes, depending on your location and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option.
Parcel Post takes 2-4 working days to 95% of the country. Outlying areas may take longer – you can check the estimated delivery time of your parcel using the Australia Post site.
Your parcel is tracked to your door
When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track it. All parcels require signature upon delivery, so we can ensure it is delivered to you.
What do System JO Australia parcels look like?
We provide discreet delivery in Australia Post satchels so nobody knows what’s inside.
What if you’re out when your order arrives?
If you’re out when your package is delivered, your mail person will take it to the nearest Post Office. They will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel. All parcels require signature upon delivery, so we can ensure it is delivered to you.
Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us.
If an order is returned to SystemJO Australia because it has not been collected within 10 working days, contact us. We will notify you of the parcel dimensions, and ask that you send us a self-addressed parcel bag so that we can be sure the parcel will find its way to you. Please retain a tracking number when you send the empty parcel bag so you can trace the parcel as it is returned to System JO Australia.
Don’t forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
What if your order doesn’t arrive when you expect?
If your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us via email or phone.
Product Returns and Warranties
All our products are checked, within reason, that they are operating as expected before they are mailed to you. We offer a 30 day warranty on products that have a fault from the date you receive the products.
If you have received a faulty product, contact System JO Australia immediately by either phone or email. Where the product is found to be faulty by System JO Australia staff, we will exchange it for the same item. Proof of purchase must be produced
We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you, however shipping costs of sending the faulty item to System JO Australia is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an item is found not be to faulty, it will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
System JO Australia must be notified within 30 days of the arrival of your product to be eligible for any warranty issues,

When returning your product, please include the following information:
- Full name
- Contact phone number and email address
- Order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
Please retain a tracking number so you can trace the parcel as it is returned to System JO Australia. Once we have confirmed the item is faulty, we will replace it within 5 business days of receipt.
